Please fill out the application below if you would like to be a part of supporting local businesses and growing the Eagle Mountain Chamber Community . The Ambassador Committee Chairs will select individuals a couple times per year based on needs to fill open seats.

We are looking for Ambassadors to represent the Chamber at local events, such as Ribbon Cuttings and Outstanding Business Award Events. The Ambassador Committee works together to grow the Chamber as well as the individual businesses in our community. As local business owners your input is invaluable to growing our business community.

What is a Chamber Ambassador?

Purpose/Mission: A group of Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce volunteers who support the Chamber efforts to build and retain membership. The Ambassadors are a vital liaison between the Chamber and the Membership. They strive to encourage members to use the benefits available to them and to be active in their Chamber and community. They support new members to acclimate to the networking, training, and other advantages of the Chamber.

  •  Support Chamber events throughout the year.
  •  Attend member Ribbon Cuttings, Outstanding Business Award presentations, and other EMCC events.
  •  Help promote EMCC throughout EM city and outlying areas.
  •  Maintain a set annual budget that is approved by the Finance Committee. Any charges over budget must be approved by Finance Committee Chairperson.
  •  The chairperson, along with the EMCC Board, shall coordinate and recruit members to serve on the committee with them.
  •  The chairperson shall report to the Board of Directors at scheduled meetings.
  •  Maintain and submit minutes from monthly meetings to Chamber.
  •  Assist EMCC president in recruitment of new members and retention of current members.

Ambassador Selection Process:

Must be a current EMCC member. Submit application from the EMCC website. Application

approved by EMCC President and Ambassador Committee Chair. Ambassadors must attend

50% of meetings and 50% of events to remain active.


Meetings:

2024: Ambassadors meet at EMCC offices on the 1st Wednesday of each month at Noon.
